harris teeter super doubles: 4/27-5/3

by Mark on April 25, 2011

This coming week is Super Doubles at Harris Teeter!

This promotion will run 04/27-5/3

Harris Teeter will double coupons with a face value up to and including $1.98.

There is a limit of 20 coupons per day, 3 like coupons per transaction, 2 like printables.  Some stores will NOT allow doubles on coupons that state “Do Not Double.”  Only 1 coupon may be used for BOGO items.  Remember that Harris Teeter normally doubles up to $0.50, so this week try to only use your high value coupons that wouldn’t normally be doubled if possible.

Here are a few of the best Super Double deals on regular-priced items, provided by Dana of TheCouponChallenge.com.  The weekly ad match-ups are still to come.

Did great at HT last Saturday in my first couponing expedition! Question about their policy: if I have a coupon for a certain amount off 2 items (ex: $.75 off 2 items) and I buy 2 of that item, can I use 2 coupons? I kinda did it through the self-checkout a couple weeks ago, but my cashier stopped me this past weekend. Also, I used 2 coupons on a BOGO item that I didn’t think the computer would let through, but I figured why not try. Thanks!! For my whole trip through 3 stores, I saved 52% the first time out. I’m so psyched!!

Great job on your savings Karen. To answer your question, if you have a $0.75/2 coupon and you are buying 2 items, you can only use 1 coupon.

I just saw your post about Harris Teeter. As far as BOGO items, you can use 2 coupons. Because the system rings them up at half price, so you can use one couponf for each item. For instance: The Hellmanns mayo was BOGO this week, i had a coupon for $.75 off of one jar. SO I used 2 coupons, they trippled it, so i got $2.25 off of one jar. When I used 2 I got $4.50 off of 2 jars, so I only paid $.89 per jar! I hope that helps.
