I am getting used to my new grocery store (Giant) and don’t mind the change as much as I thought I might. All my favorite Genuardi’s cashiers were hired by Giant, so that helps me feel like it’s still “my” store. 
I went there for a couple quick items– the one change I need to get used to is that they only double one coupon up to $0.99. So instead of having both of my $0.55/1 Nature’s Own bread coupons double to $1.10, only one did. Oh well…I won’t complain about my doubling woes. I know I am very lucky to have $0.99 doubles at all!
At Giant I spent $8.64 for $17.18 worth of items, a savings of 50%.
