Happy Friday! This week you’re shopping with Alisha at Genuardi’s! My husband is in the middle of completely renovating our bathroom, so we’ve been staying with friends. And because I haven’t been home, my coupons are in a sad state of disarray right now (there is definitely something to be said for organizing your coupons on a regular basis!). Between not being home (thus not needing to buy much) and not having easy access to all of my coupons, this week’s shopping trip was relatively short and sweet. But I did manage to find some nice deals with the coupons I could find– and of course I was able to print some, too!

Here is what I got:

At Genuardi’s I spent $24.81 for $66.55 worth of Groceries, a savings of 63%.

This week’s shopping trip starts at  Walmart with Jenny.  First things first – has anyone else seen the drastic price drop for bananas?  I’ve gotta say that my jaw dropped when I walked in and saw the bananas went from $.52/lb to $.25/lb.  That was on Tuesday.  I think I’ve eaten 5 a day since then.  These pictures don’t even show them all because the kids and I always eat some on the drive home before I can take a picture.

Hi, I’m Ashley and I’m new here at Saving Well Spending Less!

I am from Palmyra, VA which is about 30 – 40 minutes from Charlottesville (GO HOOS!).  I’m a stay at home mom to my little ones who are just 49 weeks apart and my husband is a teacher so we have a pretty tight budget.  We try to keep our grocery bill at or below $50 per week so couponing is a must!

Today I’m sharing my shopping trips with you.

I was pretty busy and asked my husband to run to Food Lion to get diapers before my $3.50/1 Huggies coupon expired.  It took him a really long time to leave but I assumed he was just dragging his feet.  When he didn’t return after an hour, I called him, fearing the worst.  He sounded pretty excited and I knew he had bought more than I asked.  He came home grinning because he used the coupons out of my stash to purchase everything he bought.  I was a little disappointed because I had been saving some to match with Target coupons later this week but I am pretty excited that he has finally learned to use coupons when shopping and that he took interest in saving us money.  :)

At Food Lion we spent $26.82 for $52.77 worth of Groceries, a savings of 51%.

Hey everyone! I am Abigail, and I currently handle the match-ups for Winn-Dixie and Publix. This week’s shopping results are from Publix here in Florida, so no double coupons. My mom and I each did a transaction so that we could use 2 $5/$30 coupons and 2 $2/$2 Deli purchase coupons. It was a pretty good week! Happy Friday! This week’s shopping results are from Genuardi’s and Target! I (Alisha) didn’t need very many grocery items this week (my big trip was last week), but there were some deals at Genuardi’s that I wanted to grab before the sale ended yesterday (and some FREE product coupons I wanted to use before they were forgotten about and expired– yes, I would do that!). And at Target I was able to score some sweet deals on toys and games, thanks to those awesome stackable Playskool/Hasbro coupons that were out a couple weeks ago (but are sadly no longer available). I will say– in defense of my beloved Target– that I have never had a problem using two of the same Target Store coupons for my purchases (unlike Ruth a couple weeks ago). It is a shame that their policy is so inconsistent, though.

Here is what I got:

At Genuardi’s I spent $23.80 for $90.36 worth of Groceries, a savings of 75%.
